EverQuest 2 Spell Information

Class Priest Level 20 Category (Target) Heal / Power Regen (Friend) Mastery Ministration  Casting Time  2.0 seconds  Recast time  5.0 seconds  Cost  Scales power   Duration  Instant  Range  20 meters Instantly heals some of target ally's health. This spell has a chance to restore the power used to cast this spell back to the caster. Effects 10% chance to apply Bounty of the Virtuous. Increases power of caster by (Scales, >= power cost) Heals target for (Scales).

This spell is not upgradeable.
