What does this information mean?
Note: This was originally the access quest for Fallen Gate, but is not longer required.
A thexian loyalist named Tundis N'oxyle bid me to venture into the tunnels that they have opened. He mentioned I might find journals of what transpired all those years ago. I do not much care about his plight, but it seems as though the ancient dark elven city may yet hold much to plunder.
Look for the journal of one of the inhabitants of the old Neriak Foreign Quarter, an area that is now known as Fallen Gate. The battlemages of ages past have been known to keep journals accounting all that transpires.
