Help Pikspoh fix a wand.

1. Observe the mining happening near Grrop the Foreman ( -37, 14, 189 ) /waypoint -37, 14, 189, watching the ground carefully at the miner's feet.
2. Pick up a channeling gem that spawns near the miner's feet.
3. Wash the gem using the water in the barrel ( -63, 14, 154 ) /waypoint -63, 14, 154.
4. Speak with Pikspoh for your reward.
