What does this information mean?

You must be at least level 35 to start this quest.
- Speak to Leelav Yekl in The Enchanted Lands ( 220, 0, -53 ) /waypoint 220, 0, -53.
- Note: After you accept the quest from Leelav you may kill him for NPC AA experience with no negative faction hits and he respawns in about 5 mins.
- Speak to Kreglebop Yekl outside on the upstairs balcony of the inn in West Freeport ( 289, 9, 91 ) /waypoint 289, 9, 91.
- For the Good alligned, you get there by accessing Thieves Way from any of the outer villages or zones.
- Speak to Lodo Bightn behind a curtain and down some stairs in the tavern in North Qeynos ( 337, -27, 155 ) /waypoint 337, -27, 155.
- For the Evil alligned, you get there by accessing The Down Below from any of the outer villages or zones.
- Kill the assassins that spawn near ( 102, 6, 12 ) /waypoint 102, 6, 12 in Crypt of Betrayal. They are between level 38-40^^^ and ^^, and there is one of each.
- You must now head to the mill at Windstalker Village in Antonica. As you enter the mill you go to the corner just inside on your left ( -1922, -35, -608 ) /waypoint -1922, -35, -608 to get an advance. You will receive a Crudely Scrawled Parchment at that point which can be examined to give information on the next step.
- Kill the assassin, Verishu (39^^^) and 2 enthralled warriors (39^), that spawn as you approach the beach end of the docks in The Thundering Steppes.
- Kill the assassin, Ethruia Aj'dora (41^^), who will spawn with two lvl 41^. and a 41^^ when you enter the lodge in Rivervale ( -512, 2, -218.5 ) /waypoint -512, 2, -218.5. They will spawn in the back room of the lodge, and may be accessed much more easily through the back door of the lodge.
- Head back to the beach in The Enchanted Lands and hail Leelav Yekl, causing Lodo Bightn and his henchemen to spawn.
- Protect Leelav Yekl and kill Lodo Bightn and his henchmen. (43^^^ and 2 43^^)
- Hail Leelav Yekl to complete the quest.
- He will vanish after you kill Lodo. He should reappear in a few minutes.
