Rent Status Reduction
From EQ2i, the EverQuest II wiki
Rent Status Reduction, better known as 'RSR'.
Ever wonder how people manage to pay their housing rent with the MASSIVE amount of status every week? RSR is how!
Almost every furniture item in the game has some RSR on it. Once placed a house it lowers the status portion of the weekly "upkeep" of the house.
For "normal" player made items, the amount of RSR is standardized.
| Tier | RSR from handcrafted items | RSR from mastercrafted items |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | 20 | 40 |
| 2 | 25 | 60 |
| 3 | 30 | 100 |
| 4 | 35 | 300 |
| 5 | 55 | 500 |
| 6 | 75 | 700 |
| 7 | 100 | 900 |
| 8 | 125 | 1100 |
[edit] non crafted RSR
The RSR on quested items can be anything that the devs feel like giving it.
Most collection furniture rewards are ~500.
Items from the guild status merchants HAVE some RSR on them, but its usually some odd, random looking small amount.
Despite popular belief (and requesting), Heritage Quest trophies do NOT have ANY RSR on them, nor do Lore and Legend trophies.
