1. The quest tells you "The pages of Salutations shall not be released until the ilk has been tamed. This is done by harvesting books in the foyer/main hallway.

2. Now you must "Seek the great flock with gift in hand, behind this scene a reward for thee." Click the door behind the caged area on the west side. There you will complete the quest and receive your quill.
