1. Complete the following steps:
   • Obtain an Ornate Slashed Eye, dropped by mobs on the first floor. Click the effigy to activate it, spawning the Prophet of The Slashing Talon. Kill this named for an update.
     • Mobs will repop on floor until the named is killed.
     • Note: The mobs are lvl 65 and needs to be green for the eye to drop.
   • Obtain an Ornate Winged Eye, dropped by mobs on the second floor. Click the effigy to activate it, spawning the Ancient of the Flapping Wing. Kill this named for an update.
     • Mobs will repop on floor until the named is killed.
2. Harvest the following
   • 8x claw of the slashing talon - first floor
   • 8x gems of the flapping wing - second floor.
3. Inspect base of statue to finish the quest.
