Speak with Blat Berisen in Darklight Wood near the entrance to Neriak, City of Hate at ( -624, -55, -66 ) /waypoint -624, -55, -66. He sends you to speak with the following other NPCs:
- Speak with Frethe Zizlop in Neriak, City of Hate ( -35, 13, -5 ) /waypoint -35, 13, -5
- This will open up the side quest Card Deals.
- Speak with Zoe Hertzflip on the docks in Neriak, City of Hate ( 16, 3, 286 ) /waypoint 16, 3, 286
- This will open up the side quest Ogled Goggles.
- Speak with Barb Islenet in Neriak, City of Hate ( 82, 23, 138 ) /waypoint 82, 23, 138
- This will open up another side quest, Wine for the Lady.
- Speak with Abner Siblet in Neriak, City of Hate ( -156, 2, 243 ) /waypoint -156, 2, 243
- This will open up yet another side quest, Fribles's Fate.
- Go to ( -564, -52, 23 ) /waypoint -564, -52, 23 in Darklight Wood. Belazzor Fribles, the Inept will spawn and attack you; his level scales to yours.
- Go back to Abner Siblet in Neriak, City of Hate.
- Return to the remaining NPCs in reverse order to complete each of the subquests. You will get Exp/AA exp for all 4 of them.
- Return finally to Blat Berisen in Darklight Wood.
