What does this information mean?

1. Speak to Vernon Tinworthy, on the top of the stairs (third floor) of Fish's Alehouse. He doesn't trust you, and sends you out to speak to several other people and to gain their trust.
   1. Speak to Mary Dillon downstairs. Avoid asking about the shield, and instead console her about Thierry.
   2. Head to South Qeynos and speak to Thierry Dillon wandering the streets. Avoid asking about the shield, and instead ask about Mary.
   3. Speak to Ellinnea Umalia across the bridge from the Concordium Tower. Flatter her and ask about Towser.
   4. Head to Elddar Grove and speak to Towser Flizgibbert near the bridge leading to The Baubbleshire. Ask about Ellinnea and flatter him.
   5. Head to The Baubbleshire and speak to Arbuthnot Jumroller on the hill overlooking the waterfall. Praise Towser and ask about the truth potion.
   6. Head to North Qeynos and speak to Jo Ironshield on a hill just north of the bank. Grill him and get the truth potion.
   7. Speak to Magus Weskah in one of the small rooms at Irontoe's East.
2. Return to Vernon Tinworthy with the information.
